Sindhi Gosht

Ingredients:

1) Boneless meat mutton or beef 1 kg

2) Marinate for 4 hours with

3) Salt 1 1/2 tsp

4) Chili powder 1 tbsp

5) Zeera powder 1 tbsp

6) Dry dhania powder 1 tbsp

7) Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp

8) Onions chopped 2

9) Vinegar 3/4 cup

Method:
1. Cook the meat with little water when tender, add 1-cup ghee.
2. Let it cook well until the ghee starts coming out.
3. Add saunf 1 tbsp + crushed red chilies 1 tbsp, add 1/4 cup water.
4. Keep it on the stove for a few minutes.
5. Your Sindhi Ghost is ready!
